Videography details for day of wedding

Vivid Events is thrilled to be capturing your special day! We only get one shot to capture the moments so we want to make sure we have every detail sorted out before the big day comes. We ask that you fill out the information requested below. You might say to yourself "They already know this" and your right! We probably do, however if a detail changes between the contract signing and the event date we may or may not have that info which is why this form works great to ensure everything is accurate on our end.

Since details can change before the wedding we ask that you wait to fill out the form until roughly a week prior to the wedding, this way we have the most up to date information. After submitting the form if there are any changes prior to the day of the wedding please be sure to contact us with the changes.

If any changes occur the day of the wedding that would be urgent for us to be aware of please be sure to have someone notify the videographer on site

Getting Ready

Some couples would like the videographer to be apart of the getting ready segment prior to the ceremony. If we are scheduled for this please fill out the form below.

A great option for couples that do not have us at there getting ready segment is to provide us with photos of the segment from your photographer and we can provide a brief photo montage at the start of the video.

Please ensure that your photographer is aware and consents to the photos be used in video before submitting them to us.

Ceremony

The videographer typically arrives at the ceremony site 40 minutes to an hour prior to the start of the ceremony.
Several cameras may be setup to capture different angles of the wedding. If you have suggested locations or restricted locations please mention them below in the comments.
Typically the groom is mic'd with a wireless lapel microphone to capture audio of the ceremony. Any comments or concerns regarding the microphone please mention them below under the comments.
