Videography Editing form  (Post Production) 

This form is designed to assist clients who have input or requests for there final videos & highlight reels.

Our packages are designed to give the editor creative and professional freedom to design a quality wedding video therefor we do prefer to limit client input into the design and editing process. 

Note: If your about to fill out this form you should have already had your event that Vivid Events has filmed.

​Note: The videographer present at your event is also the editor of your video.

Any fields not marked with a * can be left blank. 

    Event Details

    Music

    If your video package includes a highlight reel music will be used in the video. 1-3 songs can be situated in the video. Please list 1-3 songs you'd like to have in this video or leave it blank for the editor to select. For weddings the editor will most likely choose the first dance as the song selection. Please make sure your "must have" song is listed first. Any additional songs the editor will work there best to edit these into the reel as well.

    Video (Highlight reel) 

    The editor will include key moments of the event in the highlight reel. In most weddings this would include:
    • Ceremony
    • Cocktail Hour
    • Photo sessions (if Vivid Events was present)
    • Introductions to reception
    • First Dance, Parent Dances
    • Toasts
    • Portion of dance set
    If you have any additional moments that you'd like to include into the highlight reel please list them below.
    Do keep in mind that we can only put in moments that we have captured on film by our Videographer. We will contact you if for some reason we were not able to capture the moments you are requesting.

    Full Version Video 

    This is a full length video showcasing key moments of the wedding in there entirety. Below is a list of a common wedding video.
    • Full ceremony filmed
    • Clips of cocktail hour and/or photo session (Not in its entirety) 
    • Full Introduction to reception 
    • Full First Dance
    • Full Parent and/or special dances
    • Full Toasts
    • Segments of dance sets (Not in its entirety) 

    If you have any additional moments that you'd like to include into the highlight reel please list them below
