Additional Terms & Conditions
Please review terms based on the services utilized below.
Terms of Agreement -DJ Services
1. A deposit will be required to bind terms. Any deposit received is non-refundable.
2. Parties entering into this contract are permanently bound to fulfill the obligations by this agreement unless one or more of the following conditions apply:
a. Both parties mutually agree to leave the agreement and its responsibilities.
b. The event described herein is completely cancelled, and a minimum of 60 days notice is given.
3. In the event that Vivid Events becomes unable to provide there services due to complications beyond there control, a reputable replacement shall be arranged with purchasing party or a full refund including deposit will be given.
4. Vivid Events is insured however the Purchaser shall be held liable of upwards of a $250 Insurance deductible for any injury or damages to the DJ, or property of the DJ, while on the premises of said engagement, If damage is caused by Purchaser or guest, members of his/her organization, engagement invitees, employees, or any other party in attendance, whether invited or not.
5. Purchaser shall provide DJ with safe and appropriate working conditions. This includes a 12-foot by 6-foot area for setup, space for setting up speakers and lighting stands. DJ Service requires a minimum of one 110v electrical outlet from a reliable power source within 50 feet along the wall of the set-up area. This circuit must be free of all other connected loads. Any delay in the performance, damage to DJ's equipment or venue due to improper power is the responsibility of the purchaser.
6. Vivid Events will attempt to play the clients and/or guest’s requests, but shall not be held responsible if certain selections are in the clients mind, deemed to be of poor taste, unavailable, or allotment of time has run out.
7. Should any circumstances arise on the part of the venue i.e. loss of electrical power, etc., thereby not allowing the DJ to perform. The purchaser will be held responsible for any balance due.
8. Vivid Events is not responsible for accidental scuffs or scratches on flooring that may occur with the placement of equipment at the venue.
9. Vivid Events reserves the right to cancel this engagement at any time due to disorderly conduct or weather conditions that puts the DJ and/or DJ equipment in Danger. In this event, purchaser is responsible for any balance due.
10. DJ must be in a non-smoking portion of the Venue.
11. Additional time for DJ to play may be requested at event. This will be at a rate of $250 an hr. Additional time may not be available as the DJ may have another event or commitment.
12. Any liability on the part of Vivid Events will be limited to the amount of monies paid.
13. Client will be provided with a professional DJ working for Vivid Events & selected by Vivid Events management for their event date.
14. Proper paperwork and/or online forms must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event to ensure proper preparation for your event.
Terms of Agreement- Photo Booth
1. A deposit will be required to bind terms. Any deposit received is non-refundable.
2. Parties entering into this contract are permanently bound to fulfill the obligations by this agreement unless both parties mutually agree to leave the agreement and its responsibilities.
3. In the event that Vivid Events becomes unable to provide Photo Booth services due to complications beyond their control, a reputable replacement shall be arranged with the client or a full refund including deposit will be given.
4. Client is responsible for all damages of Vivid Events equipment and/ or property while on the premises of said engagement, If damage is caused by client or guest, members of his/her organization, engagement invitees, employees, or any other party in attendance, whether invited or not.
5. The client agrees to allow Vivid Events to use select images from the photo booth for promotional purposes.
6. Client shall provide Vivid Events with safe and appropriate working conditions. This includes a 7 by 8 foot area with a head room clearance of 8ft for setup. Vivid Events requires a minimum of one 110v electrical outlet from a reliable power source within 50 feet along the wall of the set-up area.
7. Any delay in the setup and damage to equipment or venue due to improper power does not qualify for a refund or compensation of any kind.
8. Should any circumstances arise on the part of the venue i.e. loss of electrical power, etc., thereby not allowing the Photo Booth to operate will not qualify for a refund, partial or full.
9. Vivid Events reserves the right to cancel this engagement at any time due to disorderly conduct or weather conditions that puts Vivid Events staff and/or the photo booth equipment in danger. In this event, client will not qualify for a refund, partial or full.
10. Photo Booth must be in a non-smoking portion of the venue.
11. Scrapbook option must be purchased through Vivid Events. Vivid Events does not allow client provided scrapbooks and materials due to quality and logistical reasons.
12. Any liability on the part of Vivid Events will be limited to the amount of monies paid.
Terms of Agreement Video Services
1. A deposit will be required to bind terms. Any deposit received is non-refundable.
2. Parties entering into this contract are permanently bound to fulfill the obligations by this agreement unless one or more of the following conditions apply:
a. Both parties mutually agree to leave the agreement and its responsibilities.
b. The event described herein is completely cancelled, and a minimum of 60 days notice is given.
3. In the event that Vivid Events becomes unable to provide their services due to complications beyond their control, a reputable replacement shall be arranged with purchasing party or a full refund including deposit will be given.
4. Purchaser shall be held liable for any injury or damages to videographer, or property of the videographer, while on the premises of said engagement, If damage is caused by Purchaser or guest, members of his/her organization, engagement invitees, employees, or any other party in attendance, whether invited or not.
5. Vivid Events may use some footage for promotional purposes only.
6. Vivid Events reserves the right to cancel this engagement at any time due to disorderly conduct or weather conditions that puts the Videographer and/or Video equipment in Danger. No refund will be warranted under these circumstances.
7. Vivid Events will be the exclusive professional videographer. Friends and family are permitted to operate video cameras on the condition that they do not interfere with or get in the way of the professional coverage.
8. Creative aspects such as filming style and creation wished upon by the client should be communicated to Vivid Events at least 7 days prior to the event .
9. Segments of footage, editing and creative elements of the final post production product is at the discretion of Vivid Events. Limited requests such as music, footage to leave out or footage to include in the final produced videos will be attempted, to the best of its abilities, as long as client makes these requests within 20 calendar days after the event.
10. Any liability on the part of Vivid Events will be limited to the amount of monies paid.
11. Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform Vivid Events of any technical or other problems with the video within 7 days. After 7 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product.
Terms of Agreement- Lighting Decor
1. A deposit will be required to bind terms. Any deposit received is non-refundable.
2. Parties entering into this contract are permanently bound to fulfill the obligations by this agreement unless one or more of the following conditions apply:
a. Both parties mutually agree to leave the agreement and its responsibilities.
b. The event described herein is completely cancelled, and a minimum of 90 days notice is given.
- Full Payment is due before the install. Vivid Events is not responsible for delays or cancelations due to delays in payment.

- Client shall be responsible for any theft or damage to Vivid Events equipment. This responsibility begins when the Installer leaves the property and ends when the installer returns to remove the equipment.
- Purchaser or guest, members of his/her organization, engagement invitees, employees, or any other party in attendance, whether invited or not, are prohibited from relocating, removing, tampering or any adjustment with the lighting fixtures or equipment installed unless discussed with the installer or a staff member of Vivid Events
- Vivid Events has sole discretion as to the design and installation of the lighting and/or material being installed. Client’s vision of specific design, lighting and/or material placement or installation methods must be communicated with Vivid Events prior to this agreement. Any changes in the client’s desired design must be mutually agreed upon by Vivid Events. Any design flaws that were not communicated prior or mutually agreed upon after this agreement does not qualify for a refund.
- Notice is required of alterations of installment due to inclement weather. Additional fees may apply to changes in lighting and/or materials if alternative methods are required in the event of inclement weather.
- Inclement weather that delays, postpones, or cancels the event will not qualify for a refund.
Terms of Agreement- Fabric Drapery, Pipe & Drape
1. A deposit will be required to bind terms. Any deposit received is non-refundable.
2. Parties entering into this contract are permanently bound to fulfill the obligations by this agreement unless one or more of the following conditions apply:
a. Both parties mutually agree to leave the agreement and its responsibilities.
b. The event described herein is completely cancelled, and a minimum of 90 days notice is given.

Terms of Agreement- Dance Floors
1. Dance Floors will be installed on a level surface and will be deemed safe by Vivid Events staff before use.
Vivid Events is not responsible for accidental trips, slips or falls on the dance floor by purchaser or guest, members of his/her organization, engagement invitees, employees, band and/or DJ, or any other party in attendance, whether invited or not.
Terms of Agreement- Staging
1. Staging will be installed on a level surface and will be deemed safe by Vivid Events staff before use.
Vivid Events is not responsible for accidental trips, slips or falls on stage by purchaser or guest, members of his/her organization, engagement invitees, employees, band and/or DJ, or any other party in attendance, whether invited or not.
