    ​Feel free to give us some insight as to how you might want your photo booth printouts to look. 

    Insight such as color, font ideas, or themed ideas for how your event feels and looks is great so we can use our judgement to pair the proper header and styles.

    Feel free to upload files of any imagery you'd like for the photo booth photo strips. Some clients have provided us their own design image for the bottom header. Use file uploader below.

    Photo Booth Add Ons​

    Below is a list of options available for the photo booth.

    NOTE: This feature is not included in the basic package. Your contract must have listed prints per person in order for it to have already been on your contract. ​

    Please let us know how many frames to have for your event.

    NOTE: We do not allow for clients to provide their own scrapbook for various reasons including logistics, the extra print outs, etc. If a book is provided to us at the event we will not supply it with printed images or maintain it at our booth.

    NOTE: Must pay in full & submit desired design for scrapbook with at least 3 weeks lead time before your event. If your event in less then 20 days away we cannot create the book in enough time.

    You will receive an e-mail with design options and a deadline for design materials & payment. 

    Our software prints (2) 2x6 prints per session. Since our photo booth can fit up to 10 guests we encourage our clients to utilize our prints per person service. This service ensures all guests that use the booth will get a 2x6 print and the cost only covers our additional printing costs.

    An average prints per person cost is $60 ($20 per hour at a 3 hour photo booth package)

    This frame is great for events using the photo booth images as their favor. Vivid Events places these frames with message shown at each table setting. Guests remove message and replace with their favorite photo booth strip for home display.

    The modern guest book. With the assistance of the attendant an additional picture will be printed and placed in the book. Guests are encouraged to write a personalized note next to each image.

    Cost includes scrapbook, special glue, white pens, black paper, additional photo print for book.
    A customized version of the above scrapbook. We will build you a custom scrapbook in acrylic, aluminum or bamboo covers. Numerous designs to choose from.

    Backdrops add a fun background for the background of your photo booth images. Our physical backdrops are perfect for sectioning out the photo booth area and covering unsightly areas of the venue that may be in your images if no backdrop is present.

    Enclosed Photo booths:
     Comes with a standard black backdrop in the enclosure
    Upgrade to a shimmery backdrop for $40
    Advanced backdrops cannot be selected if you have an enclosed photo booth. 

    Open Air photo booths:
    Come with a complementary basic shimmery backdrop.
    Upgrade to an advanced backdrop for $50

    If you select a backdrop that is not included in your current contract you will be billed the listed price the upgrade.
    If your contract lists the backdrop you selected you may disregard the price.

    Mirror Booth Upgrade Option

    If you've added any options to your existing contract an invoice will be sent to you for online payment of the total.

    Payment is due prior to the day of the event or only the existing contracted items will be provided.
