Currently Hiring Event Production Staff Members

-Installing and removing lighting, fabric and/or audio/visual equipment at event venues
- Responsible for the overall organization of our warehouse including loading/unloading equipment, equipment maintenance, upkeep and various tasks on our property.
-Operating photo booths during events
-Operating lighting equipment and/or sound equipment during events
-Driving company vehicles with equipment to and from event locations
What type of schedule does this job have?
Scheduling varies week by week and depends on a full or part time position.
Our busiest most high demand shifts are Thursday, Friday and Saturdays.
Friday & Saturdays commonly involve evening shifts that can go late.
Sunday & Monday's we typically start to remove event installations and organize our warehouse.
Tuesday's are almost always an off day.
Wednesdays are typically our slowest workday.
Overtime is common, especially when we are busy.
Applicants should have at least one of the following skill sets-
-Lighting/Electrical experience including stage lighting or decor/architectural lighting.
-Experience with setting up and/or operating photo booths.
-Management experience with fleet vehicles and/or warehouse management.
-Audio/Visual technical experience.
-Any Live production/theatrical/event experience (Weddings in particular a plus!
We have are a pretty niche industry so if you don't have prior experience but this sounds like a great fit for you don't fret! We provide onsite training to all of our new hires.
Applicant Must-
-Be Local to Brookfield, CT.
-Be willing to work weekends & work long shifts
-Job at times can be physically demanding so applicant should be capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.
-Have a valid drivers license and be able to drive vans/small box trucks.
-Be punctual
-Hard Working
-Ok with heights. (We often find ourselves up on ladders often)
-Enjoy being outdoors. (We often work in tents for event setups)
-Be personable and enjoy what you do here. We love to have a good time at work!
