Due to the circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak this page is available to current clients that may be looking to reschedule there event due to the outbreak.

Due to the volume of clients considering a variety of new dates
we cannot hold a date until you are fully committed to moving your event.

If a date has limited availability we ask that you contact us to ensure we can accommodate your event

Please work with all of your vendors prior to rescheduling your date.


    The 30% deposit received in order to reserve your event with Vivid Events is non-refundable.
